St. Helen's School 2008-2009 Fundraising Agreement Form

Please complete, print, sign (if applicable), and submit to the school office.

If you have any questions, please contact the office at 382-8225.
           
Please check one category below:

A: Parents who chose Plan 3 for tuition (on tuition agreement form)
  As a parent who is paying the per pupil cost I know that I do not have to do fundraising.
   
I would still like to be involved in
fundraising and school sponsored events.
  I do not wish to be involved in fundraising or school sponsored events.


B: Parents who chose Plan 1 or Plan 2 for tuition (on tuition agreement form)
 

Every family must meet a fundraising assessment of $300 net profit (amount after fundraising overhead costs are met). Percent of profit varies from event to event. Those failing to meet this assessment will be billed at the end of the year for whatever is lacking.

The following are some of the main fundraisers we plan to do:
- Marathon / KART
- Cookie Dough Sale
- Golf Tournament (obtain sponsors)
- Auction
- Krause's Candy Sale

   
Please include me in fundraising
  I prefer not to engage in fundraising and would like the $300 fee added to my FACTS billing.
