EDUCARE: FINANCES

REGISTRATION
At the time of registration
a non-refundable fee of $25.00 must be paid to guarantee entrance into the Daycare.
DEPOSIT
A one-week tuition
fee must be paid as an advance for the childcare program to be held without interest as a deposit. If the required
notice is given, the deposit will be applied towards the child's last week at the Daycare.
TUITION IS DUE ON
MONDAY OF EACH WEEK. NON-PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF DAYCARE SERVICES.
WITHDRAWL
When your child leaves
the Daycare, the Principal should be notified in writing two weeks prior to the last day of attendance. If all
fees are paid, the deposit will be used towards the last week of attendance.
ADDITIONAL FEES
A $20.00 FEE WILL
BE CHARGED FOR ANY RETURNED TUITION CHECKS!
LATE PAYMENTS
The hours of the center are 7:00am - 6:00pm. A late fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged for every minute late
after 6:00pm. This policy will be strictly enforced. Payments of late fees are due two days after notice is given.
Checks should be made payable to St. Helen's School, writing in the memo "Educare."
CHANGE IN FEES
The fees may be periodically
adjusted. Parents will be given four weeks notice of any fee adjustments.
Each parent is expected to conduct him or herself in a responsible manner. The Principal, at her discretion, may
terminate childcare services due to a parent's inappropriate behavior. Daycare services may also be terminated
if a child's behavior jeopardizes the health or safety of another child or staff member. If immediate termination
should occur, the initial one-week deposit will be refunded if the tuition account is current.
PARKING
There is a parking
lot available behind our School. Please take notice of all one-way signs when you enter the school's campus. When
dropping off and picking up children, use the entrace to the right of the school's main entrance, directly across
from Alterra's Senior Living on Union Street.
This entrance is only for Educare, and Educare is to use only this entrance. The doors will be locked at all times,
so please ring the doorbell for staff to admit you.
All cars are to be parked in parking spots, NOT in front, or on the side of the school. This is a fire safety hazard.
NOTE: Please obey all traffic cones - if they are in place, please do not go through them. There are alternate
entrances and exits by the parish center and off of Ray St. This is for the safety of the students and staff.
F.Y.I. When school begins, or during nice weather, all parking needs to be in the main parking area only - not
by the dumpster. Children utilize the area for gym and recess. Thank you for your cooperation! |
