EDUCARE DAY CARE MEDICAL CORNER

1. Please make us
aware of any medical conditions and/or allergies your child may have.
2. Please make sure we have current contact numbers in case of an emergency.
3. The most common ailment is the cold. If your child's cold symptoms persist, we may ask you to contact your pediatrician
to makek sure it is not something contagious.
4. You will need to pick up your child when he/she has experienced vomiting, diarrhea, and/or has a temperature
of 100 Degrees or higher.
5. If your child has a contagious illness (strep throat, pink eye, etc) they must be on medication for 24 hours
before they can return to school. If your child needs to take a presribed medication while they are at school you
will need the following:
- A signed note from your doctor.
- The prescription bottle with your child's name and dosage on it.
- A note from the parent to give us permission to administer the medication.
6. If your child is not going to come to school on a certain day, please call and notify us at 382-8225.
