Spelling

New lessons are introduced each week and 5 reading vocabulary words are added to the list. Children are expected to take a Pretest AT HOME at the beginning of the week. Any words they get wrong the need to write five times. In class students will write sentences, alphabetize and work with their words. On the following Monday a test will be given and corrected as soon as possible. When the children bring home the test, and they should do that on Monday, please review it and sign it. Again, any words that are incorredt need to be written five times each. Your signing the test tells me that you saw it, and it counts towards the next spelling test grade.
