  FEATURED STORY

SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED
BY PERRIE-ROSE MEGYERI

Each day, morning assemblies take place around 8:15 at Saint Helen's School. I got to interview some people who at the morning assemblies.

The first person I interviewed was Brianna Frey in KA. Brianna loves the morning assemblies. Her favorite song is Catalina Matalina and the Little Blue Man. What Brianna likes best about the assemblies is when Mr. Styles sings those songs.

Daniela Uribe-Cano in grade five likes the ping pong ball and the month chants. She will go on stage to perform something, and I quote, "One day."

I interviewed Mr. Styles too. Mr. Styles started morning assemblies because he throught we all needed to come together as a school. Also to get the day started. Some chants he made and some he got from cd's, Internet, and books. He plans to do assemblies until he dies.

Mr. Styles loves doing assemblies and hopes everybody else does too!
